Please inform us about any oversized bags, strollers, sports equipment, excessive baggage. If you require a car baby seat, please inform us in advance. We can provide all types of car seats from age 0 to 12. An additional fee applies of 300 Baht. Please inform us in advance if you:

  Our drivers will make a stop in the city if you require, where you can exchange currency with a good rate. Our drivers will usually make a convenience stop enroute where you may visit a bathroom and stretch your legs for a few minutes. We kindly request you to notify us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed or postponed. Our drivers will try to follow the flight arrivals board and be waiting for you with a sign near the EXIT 3 in the arrival area (Meeting Point). Directions to the 'MEETING POINT' are signed throughout the airports. Payment for the transfer/taxi should be conducted with the driver upon arrival at your destination.
